License Page Disappeared From My CAS - SaaS Security Tenant

Description

This article explains about the steps to be followed to address license page disappeared from CAS - SaaS Security Tenant.

Resolution

If the License page has disappeared from your CAS Tenant, please verify CAS - SaaS Security licenses on your MySonicWall account and renew the licenses if its expired and License page on your CAS tenant will re-appear once you activate and synchronize your CAS - SaaS Security License. 

 

Note: SaaS Application monitor will stop 12 hrs before license expiration (GMT) and there will not be any change in the policy upon expiration for “detect and prevent”. But for “inline” mode, 12 hrs before the expiration, the system will stop the policy rule to ensure the continuity of the mail flow
