Issue with accessing safe mode. "INVALID INDENTIFIER" when entered the maintenance key

Description

Unable to access the Safe mode in Gen 7 Device.

Error: INVALID IDENTIFIER when entered the maintenance key given in the MySonicWall portal.

Resolution

This issue is currently being investigated by our development team. Please apply to following workaround, if it doesn't work reach out to our Technical Support for additional assistance.

Workaround: Power cycle of the device 2- 3 times. This is proven to help loading up the setup page directly bypassing the maintainance key page.
