Interoperability : All Capture Client 3.7.3 and higher versions are incompatible with older NetExtender versions, specifically NetExtender-x64-10.2.331.msi or lower versions

All Capture Client 3.7.3 and higher versions are incompatible with older NetExtender versions, specifically NetExtender-x64-10.2.331.msi or lower versions. Customers who upgrade their capture client version to 3.7.3 or higher may experience issues with both Capture Client and NetExtender functionality. This is due to an update to a common shared library in Capture Client 3.7.3 and later, rendering older versions of NetExtender incompatible with newer versions of Capture Client. This problem has been reported on Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers.

NX-10.2.331 and Capture Client 3.7.5 and later are incompatible.

 If you encounter this incompatibility issue, please contact technical support for a private build that will resolve it. We will be releasing a new version of NetExtender soon that will eliminate this incompatibility.
