How to update contact info and registered email address in MySonicWall.com?

Description

This article describes how to change personal, company, and contact information, as well as the, registered email address in MySonicWall.com in two cases:

You can update the Contact if you can access the existing MySonicWall account.

Resolution


  1. Navigate to www.MySonicWall.com and log in.
  2. Click My Account under the Settings section on the left-hand side. 

    NOTE: You can also reach this section by clicking on the initials in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

  3. Under 'My Personal Profile, you can change company and account information, manage your renewal contact, and change the registered email address.
  4. You can also manage time zone and alert settings.
  5. Billing information can be changed under 'Billing & Payments.'

TIP: When changing the email address, you will be sent a verification email to ensure that your new address works for contact. Please make sure that you enter your email address correctly,  as it will be difficult to log into the account with an incorrect email address on file.

CAUTION: Changes above can only be made if you have access to the existing MySonicWall account and the email address used to update the account should not have mysonicwall.com account already associated with it.
