How to submit a support case online at MySonicWall.com

How create a new technical or customer service support case on MySonicWall.com.
TIP: Before you submit a case online, please search our online knowledge base for a possible solution to your issue or for the requirements and necessary information you will need to submit to create a case.
Login to your mysonicwall.com account, click the blue lightbulb with a question mark.
*Please not you may drag the icon anywhere on the screen
From top center, clockwise: Feedback, Demos, Downloads, Support, Report Issues, and Security Center. Click Support
*Please note, you may drag the icon anywhere on the screen
Once under the Support and Resources Tab, select the paper stack and addition hyperlink to create a case.
Select submit a case.
From the drop down menu select the product in question or type in the serial number and select next.
Fill in the requested information and preferred contact method; submit.
Confirmation number (case number) will be provided, select done and land on support page with listed cases both present and past.
