How to remove the allocated Flexspend credits from MySonicWall account?

Description

The below resolution provides the steps to remove FlexSpend credits that are auto-allocated.

Resolution

At any point, SonicWall partners have the option remove the Flexspend credits that are auto-allocated for a particular service within mysonicwall account.

1. Login to the mysonicwall account and clck "Flexspend" Program under Product Management.

2. Select the services under Flexspend service management and check out. 

3. Click on remove. Once changes are made click on Apply.

NOTE:Credits for Services more than 28 days can only be removes.The credits that are moved will only reflect after 24 hours.
