How to download Activity logs from MySonicWall.com?

Description

This article will provide step by step instructions on how an Admin User can view and download the Activity logs of the Sub-users registered their Account 

Resolution

  1. Login to the www.mysonicwall.com account

  2. Under Reports, Click on Activity Logs

  3. By Default, the report will list the Activity of the Sub-users from the Last 30 days. The Activity Type and Activity will be Auto Selected as All

  4. Click on Filter Option on the Top Right corner of the Screen (Next to Activity Type) and You can choose, or Filter based on Tenants, Users, Serial numbers, Sources, IP address and Click Apply
    NOTE: For any changes to reflect, the Tenant or User or Serial Number or Source must be selected.

  5. The Activity Type Lists out the Categories of Activities: MSSP Users, Order, User Group, User Organization, Etc.

  6. The Activity Lists out the Activities the Sub-users are performing: Adding Tenant, Adding Renewal Contact, Change Password, Delete Contact, Etc. Chose the Specific Filter TypeImage
  7. The Time period can be customized up to 30days.

  8. The CSV file for the Logs can also be downloaded from the Reports.
