2. Select Product Management on the left-hand side of the screen. Then select My Products.
3. Locate the Serial Number of the device(s) you would like to transfer.
4. Click on the 3 dots over the right-hand side
5. Select transfer product from the list
6. Under transfer product select User account
7. You will be asked for the destination email address and a reason for the transfer.
8. Once the details are entered click on the Transfer button
NOTE: Devices can only be transferred to email addresses with existing mysonicwall.com accounts.
This completes the transfer process. Login to the destination account to verify the product transfer.
In the event the account to which the product is registered is no longer available or you are unable to access that account, the above transfer process is not possible. In such circumstances, the unit can be transferred to a new account by sending SonicWall Customer Service a Registration Transfer Request.
