Navigate to the My Products | Products Management page. Listed here will be all the products registered under this account.
Enable the check-box of the product you wish to transfer.
Click on the Transfer button above to open the Transfer Product window.
Enter the email address or username of the destination account and click on Transfer.
This completes the transfer process. Login to the destination account to verify the product transfer.
In the event the account to which the product is registered is no longer available or you are unable to access that account, the above transfer process is not possible. In such circumstances, the unit can be transferred to a new account by sending SonicWall Customer Service a Registration Transfer Request. For further details, please review the following article:
