How can I add or remove anti-phishing exception on Cloud App Security?

Description

You can use the Anti-Phishing Allow-list page to add and remove exceptions to your anti-phishing rules. You can prevent specific email addresses, IP addresses , Domain name or Nickname (alias email address) from being classified as phishing. This article illustrates steps to add anti-phishing Allow-list rule.

 

Resolution

To add Anti-Phishing Exceptions follow  below steps:

  1. Login to your CAS tenant and navigate to Configuration | Anti-Phishing Allow-List.
  2. Click the Allow-List Rule button. Then the Add exception dialog displays.
  3. Enter the email address/Ip/domain/nickname you want to add to the Anti-Phishing allow list.
  4. Click OK.

 NOTE: Anti-phishing Exceptions: "Filter by" only allows filtering by "From Email" field.

To remove Anti-Phishing Exceptions follow  below steps:

  1.  Navigate to Configuration | Anti-Phishing Allow-List.
  2.  Select the exception you want to remove from the Anti-Phishing Exceptions list.
  3. Click the Remove button.
  4. When prompted, click OK
