If the customer has lost the return label or the return label is not available in this situation, customers can reach Customer Service to get the return label by providing the below details


Requirements:

  1. Serial number of the faulty unit you want to return.
  2. RMA number
  3. Contact details: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address
  4. Company Name
  5. Pick Up Address: City, State, Country, zipcode
