This knowledgebase article will guide you in how you can export the the access rules from the Sonicwall firewall in CSV format.
After you have logged in on your Sonicwall firewall, open Access Rules tab.

On the top right side of the screen, you will Settings. Click that and then click on Export.

This will export your access rules in a CSV file format.
