Last Order Date for Support: July 31, 2025 for all region worldwide.
Overview
SonicWall is initiating a worldwide Last Order Day of Support for the SonicWall TZ400, TZ400W, TZ600, TZ600P, NSA 3600, NSa 3650 firewall appliances. Following the last order date for support, customers will no longer be able to purchase new support contracts or renew existing ones for these products. While the products will no longer be sold or manufactured, SonicWall will continue to provide critical security and bug fixes to ensure your environment remains protected during the final phase of the product lifecycle.
SonicWall TZ400, TZ 400W, TZ600, TZ600P, NSA 3600, NSa 3650 firewalls are eligible for upgrade to Gen7 TZ models, NSa, NSsp through the SonicWall Secure Upgrade Plus program. Please click here for more information on available upgrades.
Why is SonicWall initiating End-of-Sale for the Gen 6/6.5 appliances?
Gen7 firewalls were launched in FY2021/2022. The Generation 7 TZ/NSA/NSsp/ NSv firewalls deliver superior features and performance and are an excellent solution for customers with large networks across all vertical markets.
