Enable Debug/Verbose Logging

Cylance Dashboard/Console

1. Login to the console and click on the Devices tab
2. Find the device that you’d like to enable debug logging for
3. In the Device Details page, click Agent Logging Level drop-down menu
4. Select Verbose
5. Click Save

Windows and MacOS

Complete the following steps to enable Advanced UI mode:

1. Disable/Exit the Agent UI
   1. Windows: Right-click the Agent icon (system tray), then select Exit
   2. MacOS: Right-click the Agent icon (top menu), then select Exit
2. Open the command prompt/terminal
   1. Windows:
      1. Change the directory to C:\Program Files\Cylance\Desktop
      2. Type CylanceUI.exe -a
   2. MacOS:
      1. Type sudo /Applications/Cylance/CylanceUI.app/Contents/MacOS/CylanceUI -a
3. Right-click the freshly launched Agent icon
   1. Hover over Logging
   2. Select All

Linux

Run the following command on the Linux device:

• /opt/cylance/desktop/cylance -L 3
