SonicWaves are not showing up on WNM

Description

This article explain the steps to how to show up the SonicWaves to WNM.

Resolution

  1. In order to see the SonicWaves on WNM, if it is connected to a firewall make sure that the APs are not on the WLAN zone and the security type is not set to wireless.
  2. The SonicWaves must be registered under the same tenant as the WNM.
  3. Sync the APs with mysonicwall, login to WNM.
  4. Navigate to Settings | General
  5. Click Start Syncing
  6. Click Save.

NOTE: This steps does not required APs reboot.

Now the SonicWaves should be showing on the WNM.
