For users who are running the Windows version of the Connect Tunnel or OnDemand Tunnel client, you can ensure that they have the most recent version of the client by enabling automatic software updates. These settings are configured per community.
Four options are available to automate client updates (Manual, Prompt, Required, Forced)
- Manual - This allows you to push updates using your deployment tools (must be maintained by admin)
- Prompt - Allows the user to skip update for 24 hours (recommended)
- Required - Informs the user of the update and updates (recommended)
- Forced - Updates upon login with no notification (recommended)
1. Navigate to User Access | Realms| Community | Tunnel Access | Tunnel Client Options | Software updates.

2. Configure one of the Software updates options to alert users when client updates are available or update their software automatically.

3. Click Save.
4. Apply Pending Changes.
