How to collect Debug logs from Mobile connect (MAC)

Collecting Debug Log from Mobile Connect (MAC client )

Resolution

To collect the debug logs from moblie connect, follow the step below

Step 1:  Launch Mobile Connect in Mac.

Note: You will see MobileConnect near Apple icon (top left corner)

Step 2: Go to preferences, enable Debug logging.

The Help menu gives the option to save the logs

Step 3: To export the logs click on Help>export logs and save it.
