SMA 100: How to Unbind the TOTP user

Description

How to Unbind the TOTP user on SMA 100 series.

Resolution

  1. Log in to the management interface of the SMA appliance and navigate to Users|Local Users.

  2. Choose a user and click the Edit icon.
  3. Click the Login Policies tab and enable One-Time Password.
  4. Under One Time Password or under user Mobile App.Image
  5. Click on Clear app Info.
  6. This will clear the TOTP information for this particular user only and then you can re-register the TOTP with new QR code.
