Resolution

If you would like to time out an inactive client connection from Connect or OnDemand tunnel, web proxy agent, Mobile Connect, or OnDemand proxy, you can do so through the use of a configuration in AMC:

  1. Go into the realm your users log into from the Realms section of AMC.
  2. Click on Communities.
  3. Click on the + next to the correct community name.
  4. Under End Point Control, click on Edit.
  5. At the bottom of the page, find the section entitled Client security and select an appropriate value.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Save your Community and Realm settings and then apply changes.

This setting does not affect translated web users or Connect Proxy users.
