How to delete/remove User Group from MySonicWall portal?

Description

The User Group page displays a table of all the user groups you’ve defined. Information listed here includes the group name, the tenant(s) the group is associated with, total contacts, default group, and the actions you can take.

Resolution

Follow the steps below to delete/remove a User Group in MSW Portal:

  1.  Login to MysonicWall account

  2. Navigate to My Workspace and User Group

  3. Click on the Trashcan Symbol (Delete Icon) to delete the User group.

NOTE: If the User Group that is to be deleted/removed is a Default Group, you need to mark another User Group as Default. If there are other User Group available, mark one of them as Default. If there are no User Group available, Create a New User Group and mark it as Default.
