PARTNER POWER NEWS – October 2026: Get Ready. Build Your Pitch. Keep Customers Moving.

by Jonathan Berger

This month: proof points for your next pitch, tools to grow your managed security practice and two Partner Program dates that need your attention.

PUT NEW PROOF POINTS TO WORK

Five Years of Independent Recognition. Use It in Your Pitch.
Walking into a competitive deal? You now have five straight years of CybersecAsia Readers' Choice recognition to back you up. SonicWall just won Best in Ransomware/Malware Defense and Best in Cloud Security and was inducted into the CybersecAsia Hall of Fame. We couldn’t have achieved that without our partners. Read the announcement and bring it into your next customer conversation.

Sound Sharper by Industry
Every prospect asks, "Why does this matter to me?" The latest Protect Briefs answer that by industry — education, professional services, manufacturing, financial services and healthcare. Grab the one that fits your customer and walk in with a sharper, more relevant pitch.

GROW YOUR MANAGED SECURITY PRACTICE

Manage More Customers Without Adding Headcount
Juggling firewalls, switches, endpoints and Cloud Secure Edge (our Zero Trust Solution) across separate consoles eats hours you could spend selling. SonicWall Unified Management puts it all in one place, so your team spends less time switching tools and more time growing accounts.

Turn Endpoint Security into a Stickier Relationship
Endpoint protection is a gap your customers already worry about—and an easy upsell for you. Read A Win-Win for ideas on strengthening protection, deepening trust and growing recurring revenue.

ZTNA CORNER: FOLLOW YOUR CUSTOMER BEYOND THE PERIMETER

Your customers' people, devices and apps are no longer behind one perimeter. That is a conversation starter, not a problem—zero-trust security gives you a timely reason to reopen the access discussion.

TWO PARTNER PROGRAM DATES THAT NEED YOUR ATTENTION

NOAM/EMEA: Your SecureFirst Terms Change November 1
If you're in NOAM or EMEA, new SecureFirst benefits and requirements take effect on November 1, 2026. You should have already received this directly by email on September 15 and September 30—if you missed it, review what's changing now—the FAQ, one-page summary, and updated Program Guide are on your Partner Portal.

All Regions: Check Your Status Before January 31
The program-level attainment deadline is closer than it looks. Check your Partner Portal Dashboard now, spot any gaps in accreditations, specializations, or revenue attainment, and give your team time to close them before your SecureFirst status is at risk.
