EX SSL-VPN: Connect tunnel does not work on Windows 7 64 bit Client

Question:

Does Connect Tunnel work On a Windows 7 64 bit Client PC defined with Proxy Setting in the browser while Connecting to an appliance with Firmware version 10.0.3-042?

Resolution/Workaround:

Connect Tunnel fails on Windows 7 64bit client set with proxy server settings.

SonicWall Engineering has noticed this issue and has been addressed in firmware version 10.0.4 and above,

Note: It is recommended to have all the hotfixes for the said version 10.0.4  to be applied.

How to Test:

1) Define Proxy server IP address and port number in browser Settings.

2) Try Launching connect Tunnel  to get connected to firmware with Version 10.0.3-042 you would not be able to see Realm Selection page.
