Overview

SonicWall is initiating the End of Support notification for the SonicWall Supermassive Series (SM 9800, SM 9600, SM 9400, SM 9200) Firewall Appliance. End of Support (EOS) is an announcement to indicate that we will no longer provide technical support, firmware updates/upgrades, or hardware replacement for the product, and that all remaining unique inventory or materials will become unavailable. Post Feb 20, 2026, we may continue to offer security service subscriptions during the End of Support phase, but we will no longer provide technical support for the product or any security service. 

Supermassive Series (SM 9800, SM 9600, SM 9400, SM 9200) firewalls are eligible for upgrade to Gen8 NSa through the SonicWall Secure Upgrade Plus program.
