USB Device Control Policy Not Blocking Mass Storage Devices on SES

Description

This article addresses an issue where the configured USB Device Control Policy failed to block USB mass storage devices as intended. Despite the policy being applied to the endpoint, users were still able to access connected USB storage devices.

Resolution

Navigate to policy >> device control >>create the policy
