How To download tech support reports from SonicWall Analytics?

Description

  • Login to sgms
  • Navigate to console|appliance. Click on appliance to re-direct to appliance page interface.Image

  • Navigate to system|diagnostics. Confirm system debug level is set to level 3

  • Scroll down and enable TSR and also select the logs required and export it.
