"You are not authorized to access this server using this SSL-VPN service" when trying to access an RDP bookmark via the portal.

1.      The SSL-VPN appliance may not have access to the resource.  Check the upstream firewall to verify that the necessary Access Rules are in place to allow RDP to the resource.  For example, if the SSL-VPN appliance is on the DMZ, and the RDP server is on the LAN, there should be an Access Rule to allow RDP from DMZ to LAN.

2.      This may have to do with name resolution.  Configure a DNS server on the SSL-VPN appliance at Network > DNS:
