Unable to register On-Prem Analytics Server 2.5 (Invalid contents found in the request )

While registering the latest version of On-Prem Analytics 2.5 version, we get an error as below.

Please use a different mysonicwall.com username  to register the On-Prem analytics server.

For example:

customer email  example@domain.com.br

1- Transfer the analytics serial to your mysonicwall.com (possible by sonicwall support engineers only)

2- Register the analytics using your mysonicwall.com account.

3- Once registered ,synchronize the licenses from analytics licenses page.

4- Transfer the analytics serial back to customer email account.

5- Synchronize the licenses from analytics licenses page.

Unit shows registered and continues to work.
