Resolution
To obtain the Advanced EPC Upgrade file:
1. Navigate to https://www.mysonicwall.com.
2. Log in with your MySonicWall username and password.
3. On the Download Center| By Product Line|Resources & Support |select Advanced End Point Control and Expand.
4. Click the Download icon to download the Advanced EPC Upgrade file.
