How to use connect to Net Extender VPN on SMA 100 using TLS 1.3 on Windows

Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3 Support:

SMA has been enhanced to support the latest secured protocol version TLS 1.3 for both incoming and
outgoing connections. 

NOTE: TLS 1.3 is supported on NetExtender for Linux but not on NetExtender for Windows.
