How to find out NSM Colo information of a Firewall added to NSM?

Description

Steps to find Colo Information for a Firewall Added to NSM:

Resolution

1. Login to Mysonicwall.com, go to My Workplace -> Tenant Products.

 

2. Choose the specific Tenant from the dropdown, this will list out the firewalls under this Tenant.

 

3. Click the specific firewall serial number:

4. This will bring up the Product Details page:

5. Under Cloud Management section, we can see the Colo for the firewall:

This firewall is added to Tenant "NSM" which is in North America Colo.

 

In case if access to Mysonicwall is not available, we can find the Colo information from the URL after logging into NSM:

 

TIP:

The URL for North America Colo looks like:

https://nsm-uswest.sonicwall.com/m/dashboard/overview/status/console


The URL for Europe Colo Looks like:

https://nsm-eucentral.sonicwall.com/m/dashboard/overview/status/console
