How to add Senders in the Recipient's allowed list automatically when unjunking the message

To avoid false positives ( good emails getting junked) from certain senders, you can enable a feature on ES which will allow you to add the sender's email address in your per user allowed list.

Once this is added the emails coming from that sender will be allowed through.

To enable that feature follow the steps as below:

• Login into Webui as admin for sonicwall
• Go to Junk Box Management--> Junk Box Settings 
• Under " When a User unjunks a message: ( select one of the options you prefer)

Note: Once this is enabled and when you unjunk a message it will take about a hour before it will add the sender's email in your per user allowed list.
