EX SSL-VPN: EPC provisioning fails with multiple zones having multiple device profiles

Problem Description:

EPC fails with multiple devices profiles like (AV + FW + Windows version) and this happens on Windows7 & Vista PC's.

Example of test scenarios:-

EX: EPC Works #1 on Vista SP2
- Antivirus program: Avira Antivirus Pro, version = 14.x, updated < 7 daysago, realtime req.
AND operator
- Windows version >=6.0.6002

EX: EPC Fails #2 on Vista SP2 & Windows 7
- Antivirus program: Avira Antivirus Pro, version = 14.x, updated < 7 days ago, realtime req.
AND
- Windows version: >=6.0.6002
AND
-- Personal firewall: Microsoft Windows Firewall, version = Vista

Note: If we add single device profile like " Personal firewall: Microsoft Windows Firewall" it works fine.

Resolution/Workaround:

This is an issue with OPSWAT updates and we have to upgrade to latest OESIS greater than 14.09.19.10.

Login to https://www.mysonicwall.com/user/homepage.aspx and navigate to download center and download the latest Advanced EPC Control and upload the Aventail Management console.

Here are the steps to upload the latest Advanced EPC updates in Aventail Management Console

• Login to AMC console
• Navigate to End Point Control
• Click on Edit button
• Under Advanced End Point Control updates
• Browse and click on Install updates
• Apply pending changes and reboot.
