Bulk Enable Cloud Management on Firewalls

NOTE: To verify which firewalls in your inventory are managed by Cloud, you can export the inventory file from the Product Inventory page. The file includes the Management Status for each firewall, indicating whether it is managed by Cloud, On-prem, or On-box 

Steps to Bulk Enable Cloud Management

1. From Dashboard, navigate to Inventory|Multi Service Activation
   
   
2. Select Option 2: Bulk Enable Cloud Management on Firewalls.
   
   
   
3. Review the information on the pop-up and download the CSV template.
   
   
   
4. Fill in the template with the required details below for each firewall.Ensure accuracy of all serial numbers and related information.
   
   
   
5. Upload the completed CSV file and click Submit.
   
6. Review the Result Message.

After processing, the UI will display one of the following messages:
Success

• Message: "Request completed successfully."
• All firewalls were updated successfully.

Partial Success

• Message: "Request partially completed."
• Only some firewalls were updated.
• A downloadable file of failed serials will be provided with an additional Error Message column explaining why the update failed.

Failure

• Message: "Request failed. Please try again."
• No updates were made. Retry the process.
