Sarah Chapman

Sarah Chapman is the Vice President of Human Resources at SonicWall, where she leads the company’s global HR strategy to support its continued growth and transformation as a cybersecurity leader. Sarah is focused on building a high-performance, partner-aligned culture that attracts, develops and retains top talent worldwide.

Under Sarah’s guidance, SonicWall has implemented key HR initiatives that have strengthened the company’s culture and improved talent acquisition, onboarding and leadership development. Her work has played a critical role in aligning people strategies with the evolving needs of partners and customers.

Sarah has led global leadership programs, expanded SonicWall’s presence in international markets and created scalable processes to support growth across APJ, EMEA and North America. She has also been a champion of fostering an inclusive, cross-functional environment where employees are empowered.

Prior to her leadership roles at SonicWall, Sarah served as an HR Business Partner at Dell Technologies. She joined SonicWall in 2005 and has steadily progressed through increasingly senior roles in Human Resources throughout her career.
