Jayanth Gummaraju

Jayanth Gummaraju is the Senior Vice President for the Cloud Secure Edge (CSE) division at SonicWall, where he is leading the transformation of the company’s network security portfolio to the cloud. His work focuses on delivering cloud-native, zero trust security solutions purpose-built for MSPs and MSSPs.

Under Jayanth’s leadership, SonicWall has successfully integrated the CSE platform across the product portfolio, driving broad adoption of enterprise-grade zero trust solutions. His leadership has propelled exponential partner and customer adoption, significantly strengthening SonicWall’s leadership in the Security Service Edge (SSE) space.

Jayanth is shaping the next generation of SonicWall’s Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) offerings, focusing on ease of adoption and operational simplicity for partners. His work continues to push the boundaries of cloud-delivered security, enabling SonicWall’s partner ecosystem to grow securely and efficiently.

Prior to SonicWall, Jayanth was the CEO / Co-founder of Banyan Security and held leadership roles at VMware. He holds a doctorate from the Computer Systems Lab at Stanford University advised by Professor Mendel Rosenblum.
