Collect User Feedback from a Customized Splash Page

You can add a link on the login page that opens a new screen where users can provide their feedback and contact information.

To add a user feedback form

  1. Navigate to the Policies > SSID Policies page.
  2. Hover over right section of the line of the SSID you want to configure. When the icons appear, click the Edit (pencil) icon.
  3. Select the Guest Portal tab.
  4. Select Customized Splash Page.
  5. Click the Customize Splash Page (pencil) to the right.
  6. Select the Actions tab.
  7. Activate Feedback Enabled.
  8. Click the checkmark on the top right of the page to save your changes.
  9. Click OK to save all of your changes.
