Collect User Feedback from a Customized Splash Page
You can add a link on the login page that opens a new screen where users can provide their feedback and contact information.
To add a user feedback form
- Navigate to the Policies > SSID Policies page.
- Hover over right section of the line of the SSID you want to configure. When the icons appear, click the Edit (pencil) icon.
- Select the Guest Portal tab.
- Select Customized Splash Page.
- Click the Customize Splash Page (pencil) to the right.
- Select the Actions tab.
- Activate Feedback Enabled.
- Click the checkmark on the top right of the page to save your changes.
- Click OK to save all of your changes.
