About SAMI

SonicWall AI for Monitoring & Insight (SAMI) is an artificial intelligence system designed for SonicWall operators and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). It provides instant answers and task management without logging into firewalls.

Key features include:

• User-Friendly Interface: Chat-like access with customized responses.
• Firewall Management: Monitor and manage firewall status, group information, and security service status.
• Traffic Analytics: Analyze user behavior and network security metrics.

Compatibility and Installation Notes

• Most popular browsers are supported, but Google Chrome is preferred for the real-time graphics display on the Dashboard.
• A SonicWall Unified Management account is required.
