SonicWave Access Points

SonicWall recommends managing the SonicWave access points using WNM (Wireless Network Manager) or the Wireless or AP management option in the Unified Management platform. You can also manage the access points using SonicOS on the SonicWall firewall that it is connected to.

You should not use the SonicWave local interface or CLI (command line interface). When SonicWave access points are managed via WNM or firewall access, management with the local interface and CLI are restricted.
