Configuring Reporting Agent High Availability

Reporting Agent HA is configured directly on the reporting agent node, not through the NSM controller interface. The node you use to perform the configuration automatically becomes the primary node. The HA settings page on a reporting agent is identical to that on the NSM controller.

To configure Reporting Agent High Availability, refer Settings section.

• There is no separate option to designate a node as primary or secondary. The node you are logged into when you perform these steps automatically assumes the primary role.
• The primary node is Active by default unless a restart or manual failover occurs.
