Viewing Citrix ShareFile Analytics

The Analytics for Citrix ShareFile provides information about the quantity of files, folders, applications, and security events.

Widget	Description
All Files	The total number of files in your Citrix ShareFile.
Internal Files	The number of files from internal sources.
External Files	The number of files from external sources.
Recent Files	The number of files during the past 24 hours The number of files during the past 7 days
All Users	The total number of users who have had files processed.
User Distribution	The number of internal users who have had files processed. The number of external users who have had files processed.
All Groups	The total number of user groups who have had files processed.
Group Distribution	The number of internal groups who have had files processed. The number of external groups who have had files processed.
Security Scan	The number of files that have been flagged as malicious or potentially harmful. You can click the number to view a more detailed report.
Live Event Log	Detailed list of events in real time.
