Windows 10 Mobile Connect Error: The network connection could not be found

Issue is caused by server address URL not entered correctly.

1.  Edit the VPN connection and type the URL in the following format.
   
   
   

   NOTE: If a custom port is required, then the server name must be entered in URL format in the server name field (https://vpn.example.com:4433.)

2. Click  Save after entering the URL correctly as shown above.
3. Connect the VPN connection, accept the Certificate Warning and type the username / password and wait for connection to connect, as shown in the screenshots below.
