On Apple iPad / iphone and Android devices (IceCream Sandwich 4.x) while trying to access the web resource through mobile workplace it may display for a couple of seconds and then screen goes blank. If user refresh the browser again the link will be displayed and after few seconds screen goes blank.
Resolution or Workaround:
Cause: Web resources will not load properly through the Translation or WebAccess access mode because of compatiblity issues on iOS devies.
Sonicwall recommends to use Mobile connect version 1.0.25 for the iPad / iPhone and Android devices (ICS 4.x).
