Web Activity Categories displays Categories N/A

In the SonicWall GMS and Analyzer software the Web Activity > Categories reports displays category as N/A
 

Resolution 1. On the Log > Categories page ensure that the Alert level = Alert.

Resolution 2. Ensure that the "Enable HTTPS Content Filtering" option is selected, this will allow CFS categorization on HTTPS traffic (on TCP port 443).

Resolution 3. CFS will NOT categorize sites accessed by Private IP addresses included in the CFS Exclusion list.

Tip: You may consider using the CFS Per IP Address Range option with a Custom CFS Policy to achieve reporting while maintaining CFS category.
