VPN support check on Android devices

In case you will troubleshoot an issue where you are unable to establish a working VPN connection (using SSL-VPN Mobile Connect software) from a specific phone (ANDROID-OS based), please download "TUN.KO installer" from the Google Play Market, after launching the app will tell you, whether the VPN support has been integrated into either the kernel or as a kernel module within the OS.

In case you see the error "tun module not loaded" the connection will not be possible due to lack of VPN support in the build- this can be bypassed if the phone is rooted, the installer will then search for compatible modules and install them.
