Gen6 unit running 22.214.171.124-19n will not boot. You can find crash information from the CLI / TSR / Tracelogs:
Stack trace of tRootTask:
0x8122ea5c -> ($13)
0x80fe899c -> 0x80fe5f50
0x80534874 -> 0x80947098
0x80947150 -> 0x80166bf0
0x8c8ffc98 (tRootTask): task 0x8c8ffc98 has had a failure and has been stopped.
0x8c8ffc98 (tRootTask): fatal kernel task-level exception!
Adding a VLAN higher than 2662 will crash the unit - won't be able to boot.
If this VLAN was already configured and you upgrade to 126.96.36.199-19n - same behavior, you won't be able to boot post firmware upgrade.
Issue fixed in SonicOS version 188.8.131.52.
HF#162361 solves the problem for all Gen6 devices.
