Users are not able to configure the secondary WAN connection while using DHCP mode

SCENARIO / SYMPTOM

•    Issue is regarding configuration of DHCP on a secondary WAN port
•    Unable to see whether the DHCP discovery packets are being send by the SNWL or  not
•    Whenever the renew button is clicked, the discovery packets are generated on the SNWL
•    The user mentions that the discovery packets need to be generated automatically once configured under any device

•    Enable the load balancing and add the interface on the load balancing group
