Upgrading and Migrating Clients to Capture Client Version 3.7.8

• What is the recommended upgrade path and method from the older CC version (<3.7.5) to CC Version 3.7.8’?
  We support the direct upgrade of Capture Client/SentinelOne Agent from 3.7.5/(22.2.3.402 or 22.2.4.558) to 3.7.8/(22.3.4.612) for Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11_H2, Windows 2016, Windows 2019, and Windows 2022.   

• Does upgrade from an older CC version to CC version 3.7.8 require a system reboot?
  Windows 11 21H1 and Windows 2012 intermittently require a system reboot. However, if you follow the upgrade path [CC upgrade from 3.7.5 to 3.7.6 and then to 3.7.6 and finally to 3.7.7/3.7.8] you may not require a system reboot.
• I’m unable to upgrade the older CC (<3.7.5) version to its CC version 3.7.8, what could be the possible reasons and its workaround?
  
  1. You are running an older CC agent (<3.7.5) on Windows 2008R2 and trying to upgrade it via Capture Client Management Console (CMC)
