Unit is rebooting or freezing while downloading Tech Support Report.
Step 1: While downloading from WAN zone ensure that device have correct MTU value on WAN interface
Step 2: Try to download it from LAN zone.
Step 3: Ensure that you have specified at least one interface (inbound or outbound) for all NAT policies - if it is possible
Step 4: In case steps 1 and 2 fail try the following:
- go to MANAGE | Firmware & Backups | Import/Export Configuration | Export Configuration - access device in Safe Mode - upload firmware once again in Safe Mode - boot device with new firmware and Factory Default Settings - access the device and import settings - try to download TSR once again from GUI
