Unable to permanently remove auto-added access rules for GroupVPN policy

These rules are for GroupVPN Policy and are designed to be there for years. They are special rules that will take effect only after a GVC client has connected to SonicWALL and only for the packet which is from or to the GVC client else they have no chance to be matched. As a result, there is no security concern on this rules. customer should not disable them otherwise the GVC connection will not function.
