Total Protection policies are not immediately applied on a client computer
Changes to the product configuration are never applied on a client computer

Click Start, Run, type regedit, and click OK.
Navigate to and select the following Registry key:
In the right pane, right-click a blank space and select New, DWORD Value.
Name the new key bDumpPolicy.
Right click bDumpPolicy and select Modify.
In the Value data field, change the value to 1.
To initiate an update, perform one of the following actions:
Right-click the Total Protection icon in the Windows system tray and select Update Now.
Double-click the Total Protection icon in the Windows system tray.
An Update Agent window will be displayed and a policy dump file named Policy###.xml (where ### is a time stamp for when the file was created) will be created. The policy dump file will be created in the directory below:
