'The operation could not be completed' error is shown when using the YouTube app on an iPAD

An Apple iPad, iPod or iPhone associated with SonicWall appliance when running apps like YouTube displays an error: The operation could not be completed.

1. Login to the SonicWall Management Interface.
2. Navigate to Security Services | Gateway Anti-Virus.
3. Click Configure Gateway AV Setting  button, in the pop-up window Enable the option 'Enable HTTP Byte-Range requests with Gateway AV'.
4. Click OK to save the settings.

How to Test:
Relaunch the affected app in iPAD, e.g. YouTube, etc. The app should access the internet resources without the error message.
